Sr.Learning Solution Manager

Key responsibilities

 

  1. Plan the overall capability development system and learning strategy for the frontline business of the Obesity Business Unit, develop and implement learning plans and annual training programs that comply with the market strategy, and assist the business team in achieving business goals.
  2. Based on the development goals of the headquarters and global obesity learning resources, carry out the formulation, implementation, and effectiveness tracking of the obesity business unit training plan, and closely cooperate with the regional training consultant team to ensure the implementation of the learning plan
  3. Based on the overall FFCE roadmap of the company, develop a BIG5 capability improvement plan for the obesity business unit, promote the design and implementation of MCE related training, and accelerate the transformation of customer interaction
  4. Based on the sales model and business development needs of obesity, develop academic promotion related courses targeting different formats such as private hospitals and medical aesthetics
  5. Collaborate with the team to update and improve relevant frontline capability development courses according to the needs of the business capability development team
  6. Cooperate with the HRBP talent development plan and participate in the development and training of key positions for obesity.

 

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree, majoring in psychology, business management, or related fields
  2. At least 2 years of training experience in relevant industry
  3. At least 2 years on Senior Sales Training Solution Consultant
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  5. Ability to influent and communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
