Sr. Supply Chain COE Manager

The position

•    S&OE Responsible: Responsible for Region China S&OE process implementation and execu-tion, and Mainland China S&OE coordinator;
•    Demand & Supply balancing: Lead the team to proceed supply planning, risk assessment and mitigation of all NN China portfolio including Insulin, GLP-1, RareD, Device and other brands, including supply chain solution of regulatory changes;
•    NPL: Responsible for new product launch supply chain planning and execution to deliver commercial launch;

•    Supply Chain optimization, including parameter review, optimal lead time and supply flexibil-ity promotion.
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor degree or above majored in supply chain, engineering, statistics, finance or other relevant area;
•    Over 8 years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role;
•    Supply Chain Expertise – In depth understanding of S&OE process and ability to identify and implement improvements in supply chain processes;

•    Project Management - Proficiency in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time;
•    Data Analysis - Skilled in using data analysis tools to interpret supply chain data and make strategic decisions;
•    Team Leadership - Effectively lead a team, motivate members, and foster collaboration and performance improvement;

•    Strategic Thinking - Capable of developing and executing supply chain strategies from a holistic perspective to support the company's long-term goals.
