About the department

Marketing Department is to develop and execute strategies for the overall market in region China to enable company for strong performance. We prepare for early assets in new product planning and for launch of exciting new products. We manage the lifecycle system of portfolio and provide market shaping activities to improve diagnosis and treatment of patients, while support activities like business insights and commercial excellence.


The position

1. Sales incentive design, communication & effectiveness analysis

       Design sales incentive plan in line with company strategy and get key stakeholders’ alignment and approval from management team

       Communicate incentive plan with sales team

       Monitor incentive execution effectiveness by delivering quarterly analysis and communicate with sales management team

Lead 3rd party for technical support in incentive plan modelling and testing simulation if requested, ensure data security and high quality deliverables

2. Sales force sizing, structure and territory deployment

       Design sales force sizing and structure proposal and get approval from management team to meet business development needs and facilitate implementation in sales team

       Optimize sales force territory deployment, ensure effectiveness

3. HCP Segmentation and Targeting (S&T)

       Responsible for HCP segmentation and targeting project, and align with NNCP management team and cross functions such as sales team and marketing dept.

       Train sales force about the aligned S&T concepts and facilitate implementation in the field

4. Sales effectiveness in multi-channels

       Explore analysis of sales effectiveness in multi-channels to recommend optimized resource portfolio, identify best practice and promote in business team

4. Sales KPI management and other tasks

       Monitor regional SE KPI performance

       Collect CRM system improvement change requests from sales team and coordinate CE-SD and IT for optimization

       Assist for other ad-hoc analysis tasks


The Requirement

  • Master’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Management, Economics or relevant majors preferred, MBA is a plus
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Min 6  years of experience in the following functions: SFE, Consulting, Business Analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, including global interactions with HQ
  • Independent problem-solving capabilities
  • Good analytical skills with insights finding
  • Familiar with daily sales management topics and tasks
  • Ability to lead team members for results delivery without authorities
