About the department

Market Access & Public affaris is increasingly important in the business organization. It is to analyze relevant China healthcare reform policy trends and interpret the insight, implication and impact on the public hospitals development in order to build up long term strategic partnership with hospital leadership and management and strengthen corporate leadership positioning in diabetic innovative treatment.

 

The position

  • Drive strategic cooperation with target gov’t agencies, Danish Embassy, associations, industry, think tanks, academic institutes and NGOs as NN partners to shape policies and enhance NN image.
  • Organize China visits, high level meetings and other platforms for NN global, IO and China management to enhance NN partnership with target external stakeholders and deliver NN China strategies of PA and sustainability.
  • From policy to practice: design, implement, manage and develop PA/sustainability projects with external and internal stakeholders for NN PA/sustainability strategy implementation and policy advocacy.

Integrate resources and optimize platforms for internal stakeholders to achieve business goals.

The Requirement

  • At least 10 years working experiences, and over 5 years in PA or public health.
  • Knowledge on healthcare, public health, market access, and government practices.
  • Good stakeholder mapping, engagement and influencing capabilities.
  • Good insight on business, market understanding.
  • Superior skills on project management.
  • Good relationship management.
  • Public health, disease prevention and control, public affairs or public sector experiences will be preferred
