Key responsibilities

1.    Support to FITAP CVP and FITAP processes

The scope of processes could be changed year over year, including but not limited to the following:

1.1   Support to FITAP CVP on below processes:

•      Driving functional strategy and FITAP key priorities within FITAP

•      Preparing internal & external meeting presentations and materials

•      Organizing FITAP VP field visits and relevant materials

•      Support FITAP CVP for FITAP department wide activities& process & organization optimization

1.2   Participate meetings with FITAP CVP and ensure follow-up actions taken by due time

1.3   Ensure FITAP annual WIN+ target achieved

•      Support FITAP CVP set up yearly FITAP goal and priorities w StA

•      Routinely tracking on the progress of FITAP WIN+ projects/priorities

•      Support to FITAP key projects as project partner

•      Support FITAP CVP to ensure yearly dept. performance review

1.4   FITAP people and team engagement

•      Understand and support each team and people across FITAP

•      FITAP level activities overall responsible for people engagement (Annual kick off meeting, FITAP dept. meeting and offsite, each team meeting participation, etc.)

 

2.    Company-wide and FITAP projects management

  • The scope of projects could be changed year over year, including but not limited to the following:
  • Lead and drive FITAP cross-functional collaboration strategic projects based on business needs
  • Support CVP to drive and follow up with key projects/priorities; and step in certain projects as business need
  • Project and stakeholder management skills improvement via trainings/on-job-learning

3. HK support • Support CVP on HK business management and update • Coordinate communications between HK with Region China as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree of Finance or Business related
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduation working experience
  • Project team leader experience/ Project management experience
