Sr. Product Manager-GLP-1 new product

Main job tasks:

 

Independently drives brand strategy to achieve business objectives in short and medium term:

  • Drive the development of short and medium term brand plans ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded
  • Provide inputs to portfolio strategy
  • Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats and opportunities and drive the development of business strategies / plans to address them
  • Ensure team members have aligned goals in developing and execution of marketing activities to meet brand objectives
  • Ensure team members to develop promotion materials to support marketing strategies
  • Maintain and update brand information and knowledges
  • Manage brand promotion budgets to ensure effectively meet business strategies and objectives and company polices

 

Communication with different stakeholders to achieve brand objectives:

  • Develop good communication with sales department to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategy and national marketing events
  • Provide ad-hoc support to sales organisation in fulfilling brand objectives
  • Establish good relationship with other departments to ensure strong communication and collaboration
  • Actively and openly contribute to the intra and inter-team collaboration and take leadership in core functional projects if necessary
  • Maintain good relationship with national opinion leaders and key customers, uses knowleges from external stakeholders to develop competitive brand strategies
