Sr. Product Manager,RareDisease

Support Rare Disease brand planning and marketing tactics development, coordinating and executing all marketing activities to maximize short and long term sales volume and profits.
- Assist in develop brand plan to achieve business objectives:
- Participate in developing the strategic product plan and marketing activation strategy.
- Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats/opportunities and provide inputs to the development of business plan/strategy.
- Monitor and implement marketing activities to drive sales growth and achieve target.
- Be responsible of band Project to increase brand awareness and SOV in the market.
- Independently manage budgets by projects to help improving business effectiveness.
As owner of promotional materials to develop and update promotional materials for each cycle.
- Communication with different stakeholders to achieve brand objectives:
- Develop good communication with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategy and national marketing events.
- Establish good relationship with internal/external stakeholders, and medical associations.
The Requirement
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of market, product knowledge and key customer.
- Demonstrate ability to implement marketing projects in innovative way.
- Good communication skills in cross functional cooperation.
