The position

  • Responsible for directing and leading Region China organizational development projects and processes, including but not limited to ODP, change management, culture transformation.
  • Be part of the OD network and work with OD CoE to leverage the CoE offers as much as possible. The scope of the job focused on Region China that are not covered by P&O CoE.
  • Support Region China organizational capability building through working with key stakeholders and respective LoB
  • Lead and drive the annual ODP across Region China (China mainland, Taiwan and Hong Kong) and secure the execution of ODP outcome
  • Support HRC VP of Region China to drive senior & key positions succession planning and design and implement the development of key successors that are not covered by COE.
  • Act as the lead for other China level and cross-functional change and OD projects
  • Provide OD expertise for China HRBPs for Function level projects
  • Drive employee engagement projects across Region China.
  • Design and drive the culture transformation for Region China by working with ET

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related education and an advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in engaging with senior leaders and leadership teams
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in OD or training and development.
  • Proven facilitation and consulting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Demonstration of cultural and emotional competence in leadership roles
