About the department

Marketing Department is to develop and execute strategies for the overall market in region China to enable company for strong performance. We prepare for early assets in new product planning and for launch of exciting new products. We manage the lifecycle system of portfolio and provide market shaping activities to improve diagnosis and treatment of patients, while support activities like business insights and commercial excellence.

 

About position

  • Co-lead market strategy development for future assets
  • Own economic evaluation process for future portfolio including the development of respective FC tools
  • Own the launch guidance and launch readiness process in NN China
  • Manage the centralized HQ and IO funding process on local level
  • Support Sr. NPP director on relevant tasks and projects

The requirements

      Relevant master’s degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration

      Fluency in both written & spoken English

      Fluency in both written & spoken Chinese

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medical devices or healthcare industry
  • Have extensive strategic planning, forecasting and/or new product launch experience
  • Consultant experience required
  • Oversee working experience preferred
  • Very good analytical and strategic thinking
  • Understand and practice forecasting and forecast modeling within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proactive & driven
  • Very good stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Strong communication and influential skills
