Main job tasks:

 

  • Drive marketing effectiveness through initiating/executing related management processes, tracking/analyzing diabetes portfolio performance, marketing investment KPIs, and executing marketing effectiveness related projects.
  • Highly involved in annual budget plan in DMD

 

Initiating/executing related marketing management processes

 

  • Diabetes steering committee task plan and coordination
  • Brand plan process setup and execution
    • Brand plan coordination
    • Brand performance tracking process

 

Tracking/analyzing

 

Diabetes portfolio management monthly report

Marketing investment KPIs

  • Establish meeting evaluation system to measure meeting effectiveness and ensure meeting quality
  • Track/analysis/report meeting excellence KPIs, including NN meeting and non NN meeting, which accounts for >50% marketing budget.
  • Communicate with product team to understand meeting mindset changing purpose and then prepare specific meeting evaluation questionnaire
  • Make suggestions to improve meeting excellence

 

     Executing marketing effectiveness related projects.

 

  • iSelling project coordination and execution, which are related to enhance sales & marketing commercial effectiveness
  • Design and execute meeting excellence related sales training

 

Budget and plan:

Highly involved in annual DMD budgeting and planning so as to evaluate the plan of next year could meet HCP and market needs.
