Key responsibilities
- 负责建立区域医院和公司长期战略合作伙伴关系
- 负责战略目标医院目标战略产品、特定产品准入
- 负责目标医院当中,使已经列名产品不受到医院停药、限制等管理要求的限制(或好于预期的限制程度),服务于患者
- 负责区域层面KA活动执行,和长远公司准入策略活动平台构建
- 负责区域关键客户专家管理,并支持公司层面准入策略和专家的沟通和反馈
- 遵守合规和财务政策
Qualifications
- 3年以上的成功的医药销售经验或2年以上的销售管理、或产品管理、KA经验.
- 熟悉关键客户(例如院长/ 药剂科主任/医保、医务主任)的日常工作内容和相关决策过程。
- 了解与医疗相关的法规和政策,并与时俱进。
- 了解临床疾病相关和药物相关的重点信息
- 熟悉公司内部包括销售部,市场部,政府事务部,商务部,企业和对外事务部,医学部的日常业务流程。
- 了解公司针对关键客户相关的学术会议和交流平台的运作方式。
