Sr. Health Economics Manager-Beijing

Key responsibilities 重要职责

  • Proactively develop HE strategy in align with NN brand strategy and market access plan, analyze the trends and business opportunity of optimal patient access.
  • Generate and communicate scientific evidence of unmet needs, disease burden and brand value messages. Conduct HE study of obesity and diabetes epidemiology, costs, complications and risk factors with high quality.
  • Build and control standard HE study process, including study design and protocol development, management of approval process, vendors or contract research organization management. 
  • Build good collaboration partnerships with stakeholders, mapping healthcare database and other HE data resource, explore scientific research opportunity in digital health programs.
  • Review and approval HE related DA and other promotional materials, support business timely

 

Knowledge, skills and experience 知识、技能和经验

Education 教育背景

University master degree or above in health economics/public health/medical

Experience 经验

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in value communication or health economics and health outcomes research, ideally within pharmaceutical industry or consultancy

Personal skills 技能

  • In-depth knowledge of HEOR, health policy, healthcare system
  • Good communication and interpersonal interaction skills
  • Profound knowledge and experience of project management
  • Good team work
