Key responsibilities


1.    Team direction setting, team priority management and culture management (30%)

2.    Routine business management (70%)

(1)    Finance Reporting Team: ensure finance operation house in order (10%)

(2)    Operation Excellence Team: drive the operation excellence by process standardization & optimization, digitalization (RPA, Power BI, Chatbot, etc.), and automation (20%)
(3)    Distribution Audit Team: Maintain an effective distributor audit function to ensure the reasonableness of distribution fees in China, and excellent finance partnering (10%)
(4)    Expense Monitoring & Payroll Team: Maintain an effective compliance function to ensure business ethics (“BE”) compliance on expense reimbursements in China & timely and accurate payroll pay-out (10%)
(5)    Sarbox and internal Control Team: Ensure Sarbox compliance and internal control design and execution effective by Region China (5%)
(6)    Tax/Customs Team: Maintain an effective tax/customs function to assure value creation, risk management and compliance (15%)




Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Professional financial qualification, i.e. ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or CPA qualification
  • Comprehensive Pharma business understanding
  • Strategic thinking and forward looking thinking
  • Take the ownership and proactive
  • Drive the impact
  • Strong leadership by setting the vision/mission, coaching and developing the team and the people


  • Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. economics, business administration
  • Fluency in both written & spoken English.


  • Min 10 years in Finance position.
  • Min 5 years in a people management position.
