  1. Overall functional owner of digital products that support frontline staff
  • Ensure that all aspects of the digital products run smoothly and effectively, including evaluation, content generation, operational KPIs, etc.
  • Ensure such digital products are in line with business needs (i.e., sales and marketing team requirements, compliance, etc.
  • 2. Lead optimization, upgrade and extension of such products
  • Identify the strategic focus based on the in-depth understanding of key technology trends,
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement or optimization, in terms of design, functionality, content, etc.

Manage upgrades, incl. establishing partnerships and managing vendors where required, to ensure product is delivered successfully



  1. Develop analytics platform to generate business insights:
  • Identify requirements (business and technical) for the platform
  • Engage and evaluate potential partners, and provide recommendation on preferred partner
  • Establishing strategic partnerships with external consultancy firms aligned with business plan, manage multi-vendors to ensure the project progress, scope and quality
  • Identify, collect and evaluate end user feedback data, generated from various digital channels, including WeChat, website, iWe etc.
  • Act as owner and manage development of project
  • Interpreting and analyze critical online KPIs and take action in order to meet business targets for performance improvement


  1. Lead and coach junior team members
  • Develop capabilities of the team, including work allocation, coaching and feedback

Experience 经验

Year of related working experience required in the job


  • 8-10 years of working experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in building digital tools for HCPs and patients.
  • Sales Force Effectiveness experience preferred.
  • Data platform development and using data to generate business insights
  • IT project management experience is relevant, with business analysis and understanding demonstrated
