Sr. Digital Health Innovation Manager-Beijing

Key responsibilities 重要职责

  1. Identify and develop digital incubation project to build NN’s digital innovation framework
  • Monitor changes in the digital health environment, including key trends, regulation and competitor actions
  • Maintain NN’s digital innovation pipeline by ideation, exploration and piloting
  • Work with other internal teams to innovate digital initiatives


2Execute digital innovation pilot projects

  • Ensure strong implementation and execution of all assigned projects
  • Meet project metrics and business objectives
  • Manage internal and external relationships along the way


3) Provide inputs to improve current digital solutions / platforms, in line with digital strategy y

  • Identify opportunities to improve current solutions, with new partnerships and in line with strategy
  • Work with rest of digital team to carry out solutions


4)Manage a healthy digital innovation ecosystem

  • Meet, evaluate and co-innovate with external digital partners
  • Maintain and develop healthy relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external.



Knowledge, skills and experience 知识、技能和经验

Education 教育背景

  • At least bachelor’s degree in Medication, Business, Marketing, Science or Business Administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication ability in English
  • Fluency in both written & spoken English and Chinese


Experience 经验

  • 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or consulting industry within healthcare practice
  • Strong interest and basic know-how in digitalization
  • 2-3 years running innovative projects within an established enterprise, commercially or digitally, projects that hadn’t been done before in your organization.
  • Excellent project management experience i
  • BD / alliance management experience is also valuable
