Sr. Digital Business Solution Manager

The position

1)    Lead the design of business models leveraging digital technology to provide digital services to HCPs and Patients
-    Develop and maintain the digital business strategy, develop the customers (patients, physicians) journey, and identify the opportunities and pain points of key stakeholders. Identify requirements for partnership, based on digital strategy 
-    Identify, evaluate opportunities and design potential new digital business models aligned with company strategies in the long term, to carry out the strategy design

2)    Implement the design with close collaboration with cross-functional teams
-    Develop concrete expertise in the use of digital channels to engage customers
-    Drive the development, testing and operations of such business models

-    Work with stakeholders to align plans across the organization with regards to business model execution
3) Build an ecosystem of service partners and manage partnerships 
-    Provide functional guidance on potential partnerships, including evaluation of benefits, costs, requirements. Be the key contact for partners after the deals are signed 

-    Track and monitor partners’ operational KPIs, to ensure the partnership is providing value to NN. Resolve issues and mitigate risks to partnerships. Identify ways to make the partnerships stronger, where required

4)    Contribute to digital transformation by working closely with the rest of digital team 
-    Identify opportunities where NN digital can play a role in addressing pain points or improve customer journey
-    Identify opportunities to optimize current solutions, with new partnerships and in line with strategy

-    Leverage the expertise of the rest of digital team to carry out the new business models, and contribute back to other solutions
 

Qualifications

•    Master's degree in medicines, pharmaceutical or business 

•    8-10 years of experience working in pharma industry or related fields, familiar with HCP & Patient solution development

•    Project management experience
•    High proficiency in new business model design and implementation
•    Strong service-oriented mindset

•    Sharp business acumen
•    Digitally savvy
•    Strong teamwork, collaboration and stakeholder management

•    Experience in working with partners and building strong partnerships
•    Fluent English, both in writing and speaking
•    Strong project management skills Stakeholder management

•    Change management
•    Effective oral and written communication, both in English and Chinese
