About position

  • Shape mid-to-long-term portfolio and product commercial strategies, including a perspective on portfolio continuity and priorities closely aligned with the rapidly evolving China market landscape 25%
  • Drive proactive commercial path to value planning and enablement in close collaboration with cross-functional teams across the end-to-end value chain spanning R&D, product supply and commercialization 15 %
  • Lead forecasting and valuation for NN internal portfolio and external C4C BD opportunities, with robust business cases to support informed business decisions and resource allocation 20%
  • Serve as a crucial link between NNRC, IO and Global. Ensure that the specific needs, concerns, and perspectives of China market are effectively conveyed to steer upstream global/IO strategies for potential China acceleration and maximization 15%
  • Lead NNRC cross functional launch excellence and preparation. Manage centralized HQ and IO funding process on local level 15%
  • Lead ad-hoc strategic initiatives that emerge as key priorities for NNRC, CA and PS&NPP

The Requirements

  • Relevant master’s degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration · Fluency in both written & spoken English · Fluency in both written & spoken Chinese Experience  
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medical devices or healthcare industry
  • Demonstrate strong end-to-end understanding of the full pharma value chain with strong scientific and commercial expertise in NN prioritized TA – Diabetes & RareD
  • Exceptional strategic capabilities, with the ability to develop long-term vision and bridge it with Deep understanding of market evolution to create innovative business strategies
  • Possesses outstanding matrix leadership capabilities and a strong ability to influence without Authority, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives In highly matrixed environments
  • Consultant experience is preferred
  • Stakeholder handling experience is required
