Senior Project Manager

The Position 

• Cross functional projects/committees – Drive cross-functional strategic projects including but not limited to portfolio transformation, go-to-market model, commercial channels, digital innovation, resource allocation, and sales/growth optimizing initiatives, etc.
• MKT CVP support – Support MKT CVP on department management, strategic projects, key meetings, internal and external communications, and as a sparring partner, etc.

About the Requriments 

• Master degree of Finance or Business related, from top Chinese University 

• Minimum 3 years of post-graduation working experience
• Project team leader experience/ Project management experience

• Good business sense and ability to learn quickly
• Fluency in both written & spoken English
• Strong Marketing knowledge including strategy development and planning
• Basic project management experience and skill to lead a few cross function teams to achieve project target
• Strong communication and interaction skill to with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project success on time and with high quality
• Demonstration of confidence and leadership characters
• Independence and objectiveness
• Pleasant personality and capacity to work with personnel from different levels
• Good persuasion and communication skills with firm professional standing
• Being capable of meeting deadlines and working under pressure
• Willingness to travel
