The Position

1Brand development to achieve business objectives:

     Participate in developing the strategic plan and marketing strategy.

     Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats/opportunities and provide inputs to the development of business plan/strategy.

     Regularly track performance, analyze and identify the key drivers, barriers, challenges and opportunities to help brand achieve business goals.

     Develop marketing messages and materials for different stakeholder groups.

     Monitor and implement marketing activities to drive sales growth and achieve target.

     Be responsible for projects to increase brand awareness and SOV in the market.

Independently manage project budgets to help improving business effectiveness.    50%

2Develop and execute key marketing activity & materials to achieve brand goal & target:

     Develop promotion materials to support marketing strategies

     Owner of the promotional materials

     Independently design and execute marketing activities based on strategy

     Develop NN meeting strategy (on-line & offline) and execu-tion plan across all channels

     KOL development & management 

     Independently manage budgets of responsible marketing projects

     Provide ad-hoc support to sales organization in fulfilling brand objectives.   30%

3Assist with other projects, as needed

     Work with market development team, as needed 20%

     Work closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure optimization of market access and business focus.

     Ability to communicate with other departments on task responsible to facilitate and drive the project development and implementation.


The requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree, medical background preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or related company, preferably with experience in both public & private hospitals
  • Experiences covered multi-department experiences like nutrition, GI, etc
  • Fluency in both written & spoken English.
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Ability to communicate and set direction, led cross-functions for projects
  • Flexibility and agility in changing environment
  • Strong drive and perseverance, even in challenging situations
  • Innovation capability
