Senior Manager, IT Commercial

The position

•    Aligning with NNRC business commercial strategy, develop Commercial Products and Platforms roadmap from technology perspective to add new business value and optimize business operation;   

•    Build strong partnership with Region China LoB to ensure the maximize success of IT solution;

•    Coach and develop talents; build effective diverse team and lead team to drive ambitious result;

•    Collaborate with global DD&IT and LoB teams and external partners for synergy;

•    As DDIT LT, contribute to NNRC DDIT overall agenda.  

Qualifications

•    Strong technical knowledge with CRM, sales effectiveness and marketing technology 
•    Excellent business proposition understanding in commercial, HCP and Patient ecosystem
•    Strong stakeholder management skill and experience in leading cross-team collaboration, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within complex contexts.

•    Strong business acumen and passion to drive value for business
•    Excellent people leadership for talent development and driving ambitious result
•    Expert in driving agile and product management team

•    Experience working with global environment 
•    Bachelor's degree in information system, computer science or equivalent
•    Minimum 5 years technical leadership in Commerical area

•    Minimum 3 years of people management experience
•    Pharma industry experience is desired
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills (in both English and Chinese Mandarin)

•    Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and drive ambitious result
•    Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties 
•    Strong customer service focus and communication skill
