About the department

Marketing Department is to develop and execute strategies for the overall market in region China to enable company for strong performance. We prepare for early assets in new product planning and for launch of exciting new products. We manage the lifecycle system of portfolio and provide market shaping activities to improve diagnosis and treatment of patients, while support activities like business insights and commercial excellence.


The position

1. CRM management

Maximize CRM system value creation from business side, collaborate with cross functions including IT and business team to identify user needs, optimize system, and improve customer information and engagement management

2. Sales behavior and multi-channel engagement analysis

    • Lead SE KPI setting and management, track sales behavior and share reports to management team and business team

Facilitate multi-channel engagement execution, identify best practice and analyze effectiveness, propose optimized solution and roll out in business team.

3. HCP segmentation and targeting(S&T) project

    • Align methodology with sales and marketing departments, and promote implementation

Train sales force about the aligned S&T concepts and facilitate implementation in the field

4. HQ projects rollout and region communication

    • Facilitate HQ projects rollout in China, coordinate cross functions to execute, track progress and maintain good communication with HQ

In charge of SE communication with regional business team

5. Assist for other innovative projects and ad-hoc tasks

    • Explore opportunities for business growth and management, initiate innovative projects, execute and bring value to business

Explore advanced analytics and improve SE management efficiency


The Requirement

  • Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Management, or relevant majors preferred, MBA is a plus
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Min 2 years of experience in the following functions: SFE, Business Analysis, CRM management, or Consulting, or Advanced Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills, including global interactions with HQ
  • Independent problem solving capabilities
  • Good analytical skills with insights finding, advanced analytics preferred
  • Familiar with daily sales management topics and tasks
  • Ability to lead team members for results delivery without authorities
