About the department
Marketing Department is to develop and execute strategies for the overall market in region China to enable company for strong performance. We prepare for early assets in new product planning and for launch of exciting new products. We manage the lifecycle system of portfolio and provide market shaping activities to improve diagnosis and treatment of patients, while support activities like business insights and commercial excellence.
The position
Main job tasks:
1.Sales incentive plan design, communication and analysis
To support for designing and communicating the nationwide annual sales incentive plan based on company strategies and market dynamics:
- To design sales incentive plan through mathematical modeling, scenario testing, and benchmark crosschecking in supporting company strategies
- To communicate key points of motivation in the incentive plan with back office stakeholders like DMD, FIN, HRC as well as front line sales managers and reps to drive goal achievement
- To roll out and provide training of holistic incentive plans to sales force in multimedia tools and various face to face occasions
- To produce legally binding and self-learning incentive material for sales force and publish in various company’s intranets
- To analyze and track incentive plan executing effectiveness by generating quarterly payout and performance monitoring reports
- To manage and deal with special incentive plans and policies due to external market environment changes and limitations
- To establish and put forward incentive calculation and communication system demand and requirement, and work with IT to automate procedures and reduce complexity
- To guide and lead any third party/vendor for technical support in plan simulation and modeling if requested, and ensure data security and high quality testing deliverables
2. Hospital potential evaluation
- Manage hospital potential evaluation project process
- Communicate with stakeholders in different functions
- Facilitate sales forces to finish validation process
3. Target allocation for province to DSM, REP and hospitals
- Allocate sales target from provincial level to hospital level, and make sure that the results are aligned with guidelines
- Facilitate sales forces to allocate sales target into hospitals
The Requirement
- Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Management, or relevant majors preferred, MBA is a plus
- Fluent written & spoken English
- Min 2 years of experience in the following functions: SFE, Business Analysis, CRM management, or Consulting, or Advanced Analytics
- Excellent communication skills, including global interactions with HQ
- Independent problem solving capabilities
- Good analytical skills with insights finding, advanced analytics preferred
- Familiar with daily sales management topics and tasks
- Ability to lead team members for results delivery without authorities
