Key responsibilities


  1. Project management focus on finance operation efficient:
  • Drive finance operation's project to make finance operation more efficient and effective;
  • Evaluate the existing financial process, report, standardize and optimize;
  • Keep monitoring the performance of finance operation process, and identify the opportunities for continuous improvements to make finance operation more efficient;
  • Ensure comprehensive analysis regarding several key Finance operations metrics in support of management decision making


  1. Regular tasks:
  • Timely and accurately to prepare finance report, optimizing source data to maximize reporting automation.
  • Identify and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
  • Dive deep the root cause of problems arising from operation work, support operation team to figure out solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team, including Legal and Compliance Team, to work out strategy and operation mechanism


  1. Other tasks assigned by line manager




  • Bachelor degree or above; At least 3 years working experience on relevant;
  • Good communication with stakeholders; Fluent English in both speaking and writing;
  • Proactive, quick learner and structure thinking;
  • Financial analysis skills;
  • Presentation skill, computer skill (power BI etc.)
