Project Manager, IT Operation

Key responsibilities

 

  1. Manage IT infrastructure SLA and support services (Service Desk and On-site Support) to ensure good user experience and high user/stakeholder satisfaction.
    1. Supervise the service providers to ensure well IT support and service to end users.
    2. Design & manage Meeting Room AV facility setup/supporting processes according to global standard.
    3. Design and manage IT training for new hires/existing employees to maximize organization efficiency.

 

  1. Maximize business value generation (sustainable business operation and competitive advantage creation) and provide professional coordination and supporting service for global and local project.
    1. Provide professional coordination service for global projects/tasks by well understanding and balancing global and local requirements.
    2. Manage and support key infrastructure services e.g. Citrix, VDI to ensure smooth business running.

 

 

Qualifications

 

            Bachelor degree or above

            Major on computer science or related studies

            3+ years’ experience of managing Meeting Room AV Facility, Service Desk, On-Site Support areas.

           Video Shooting/Editing/Studio Support experience is preferred.
