Main job tasks:


  • develop brand plan to achieve business objectives:
    1. developing the strategic product plan and marketing strategy.
    2. Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats/opportunities and provide inputs to the development of business plan/strategy.
    3. Development and execution of marketing activities to ensure meeting brand objectives with clear objective, scope, and evaluation standards.
    4. Develop promotion materials to support brand marketing strategy. Maintain and update brand information/knowledge.
    5. Independently manage budgets by projects to help improving business effectiveness.


  • Communication with different stakeholders to achieve brand objectives:
    1. Develop good communication with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of marketing strategy and national marketing events.
    2. Establish good relationship with other internal/external stakeholders, departments, and medical associations.
    3. Understand key customers’ needs, maintain and establish good relationship with national opinion leaders and key customers Provide ad-hoc support to sales organization in fulfilling brand objectives.


  • 3rd party meeting implementation
    1. Develop good process for 3rd party implementation, coordinate internal sources to maximize business
    2. Work with cross functional team to implement 3rd meeting well and enforce NN SOV
