Key responsibilities 重要职责

 

 

  • 负责建立区域私立渠道关键客户,连锁集团型关键客户和公司战略合作伙伴的长期关系
  • 负责开发区域中高潜力关键客户,推动搭建合作平台,设计合作框架并推动执行
  • 达成所负责区域的私立渠道销售指标、利润指标,市场份额指标,和增长指标
  • 负责区域KA活动的设计及执行
  • 与所对应的市场团队、销售团队密切合作,管理好区域内私立渠道关键客户,服务于患者
  • 认同并倡导公司核心价值观,遵守合规、财务等各项公司政策

 

Qulifications 任职要求

 

  • 在中国医药市场、自费医疗,或者快消等领域的丰富经验;
  • 了解私立渠道市场(必须);
  • 了解区域内业务和市场,熟悉区域内关键客户;
  • 私立渠道关键客户管理经验优先;自费药、注射类药物经验优先。
  • 医药, 商业或相关专业,大学本科及以上学历
  • 通过RDPAC考试认证
