Portfolio Product Manager

About The Position 

  • Assist RBD MKT Director to design and develop RBD academic platform
  • Assist RBD MKT Director to develop portfolio strategy and prepare new products launch.
  • Make concrete portfolio activities plan based on HCPs insights
  • Project and budget management
  • Preparate market activities application and execution in the field.
  • Track and monitor activities execution progress, identify the compliance risks and control the risks
  • Ensure PV/Safety management and self-check regularly.
  • Budge management of relevant projects plan and tracking
  • External vendor management
  • Sales engagement and internal collaboration
  • Lead and implement internal meetings, eg. Cycle meetings, quarterly meetings, compliance training, etc.
  • Facilitate Sales/MKT capability development project execution
  • Facilitate internal meetings with Global/IO and other cross functions

The requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration with external/internal stakeholders with a good compliance mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
