About the department

Marketing Department is to develop and execute strategies for the overall market in region China to enable company for strong performance. We prepare for early assets in new product planning and for launch of exciting new products. We manage the lifecycle system of portfolio and provide market shaping activities to improve diagnosis and treatment of patients, while support activities like business insights and commercial excellence.

 

The position

  1. Develop PwO engagement strategy for obesity
  • Develop deep understanding of patient journey and intervention points
  • Generate patient insights for better decision-making on engagement activities

2)           Run PwO-related projects, activities and campaigns

-             Develop social media partnerships (with platforms/channels, digital KOLs, patient KOLs, etc.) and other partnerships (when required) for obesity awareness and education

-             Develop content and execute campaigns to educate PwO, engage PwO and activate them to seek medical treatment

-             Track metrics, adjust campaign parameters to drive greater impact

3)           Manage other initiatives to advance obesity awareness and education

-             E.g. business owner for digital education platform for PwO and patients

-             E.g. business anchor for future digital patient support platform

4)           Liaise and support other teams on projects, as needed

-             E.g. on events such as NN obesity forums or other projects

5)           Ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities, as assigned by manager

 

The Requirement

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration (Marketing, Digital, etc.)
  • 5-6 years of experience in healthcare environment / companies, including interaction with external stakeholders
  • Previous experience in conducting patient-focused project and knowledge in digital solution is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in English and Chinese
