About the department  

Market Access and Public Affairs Department is committed to lead excellent market access and advocate for public policies and sustainable development. The department focuses on various aspects such as pipeline product access strategies, patient accessibility and affordability of listed products. Furthermore, the department ensures effective product lifecycle price management, engages in public affairs and works towards promoting the corporate public image, sustainable development, and lobbying for policies related to healthcare and diseases. The department plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success.

 

About the position   

 

  • Responsible for organizational PA and Sustainability strategy, policy communication and related associations engagement plan, sustainability plan in Region China
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive external affairs agendas and enhance relationship with related authorities
  • Be COE of market shaping , leading and aligning with cross functional team, incl. NNRCC, STJ, HK and TW PA team, business environment communication  and policy communication
  • Attract/develop/retain talents to build a best-in-industry team, and lead to manage flagship partnership projects  to enhance NNRC impact;
  • Support company level risk identification/mitigation and crisis response management
  • Take lead for EMP, CSR, Take Actions, etc. to drive sustainable development

The requirements

  • At least 10 years working experiences in government affairs, public affairs, market access, or public sectors; experiences in pharm industry will be preferred
  • Knowledge on healthcare, drug market access policy, and government practices
  • Good stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
  • Good insight on business, market understanding
  • Good skills on project management
  • Good government relationship
