Sr New Product Planning Manager

Key responsibilities
- Co-lead market strategy development for OSCD (other serious chronic diseases (Alzheimer’s disease, CVD)
- Own economic evaluation process for future OSCD portfolio including the development of respective forecasting tools
- Responsible for NNRC launch office, ensuring launch readiness for all new product launches in NNRC. Responsible for all NNRC funding submissions, regular monitoring, and spending according to plan for all IO & HQ funds related to new product launch, as well as commercial projects (e.g. GO-IO funding, RareD growth pool, obesity, etc)
- Establish financial models and sales prognosis tools to support decision making based on economic evaluations
- Support NPP Sr. Director on relevant tasks and projects
- Other areas of responsibility
Drive other projects and deliver on further assignments in scope of the DMD-NPP function:
• Support the development of Portfolio Game Plan
• Deliver NNRC Long Term Forecast
• Provide commercial guidance to early-stage projects through China PDP
• Optimize new product planning for future portfolio incl. a strong framework for cross-functional activities
• Deliver BC evaluations for diverse initiatives & projects
• Keep NNRC ET up-to-date on latest developments in future portfolio & status of findings
Requirements:
Education
- Relevant master’s degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
- Fluency in both written & spoken English
- Fluency in both written & spoken Chinese
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry like medical devices or healthcare industry
- Have extensive strategic planning, forecasting and/or new product launch experience
- Consultant experience required
- Oversee working experience preferred
- Personal skills 技能
- Very good analytical and strategic thinking
- Understand and practice forecasting and forecast modeling within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proactive & driven
- Very good stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Strong communication and influential skills
- Work experience in OSCD TAs such as CVD or Alzheimer’s is a plus
