About the department

Marketing Department is to develop and execute strategies for the overall market in region China to enable company for strong performance. We prepare for early assets in new product planning and for launch of exciting new products. We manage the lifecycle system of portfolio and provide market shaping activities to improve diagnosis and treatment of patients, while support activities like business insights and commercial excellence.


About Position

1)           Support marketing manager in planning emerging market strategies and tactical plans

•            Conduct comprehensive external and internal environment analysis to assist the situational analysis for strategy formulation

•            Assist in the organization of strategy and tactical planning workshop

•            Have in-depth communication with key internal stakeholders to accelerate comprehensive understanding of emerging market strategies and tactics

•            Assist in regular business reviews to monitor the implementation of the strategies and tactics as well as solve issues or react to potential opportunities

2)           Develop and lead several market expansion strategic projects esp. new adventures

•            Design strategic projects based on the environmental opportunities and needs of internal and external stakeholders (incl. but not limited to government entities, academic societies, KOLs, HCPs and so on)

•            Communicate with cross-functional colleagues to make sure the successful implementation of projects

•            Implement the projects with clear plans, goals and KPIs

•            Independently manage the budget of responsible projects

•            Conduct solid and comprehensive evaluation of the projects and continuously improve the execution of the project and identify future optimization opportunities

3)           Conduct timely analysis on business performance, market situation and evaluation on projects to identify room for improvement

•            Have a tight lookout of the environmental dynamics especially policy update, market access status, competitor initiative, HCP mindset and behavior changes

•            Conduct regular analysis on business performance with the assistance of market effectiveness team

•            Evaluate key projects on a regular base to understand the effectiveness of the projects as well as the improvement points 

4)           Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders 

•            Maintain and expand positive relationships with all relevant

Stakeholders in the fields of diabetes care such as authorities in central government and target regions, academic association and key decision makers  in hospitals in order to enhance the corporate image and making NN the preferred partner.

•            Establish a close relationship with cross-functional teams especially the sales team, regional marketing team, brand teams, ME/SO teams, and medical teams 


The requirements


•            Applies Business and Marketing Understanding

•            Sound ability of execution and good project management skill

•            Data analysis capability

•            Good network in authorities in central government and regions preferred

•            University graduate, preferred in medical or pharmacy

•            Good English skills in reading, writing and speaking

•            Minimum 4 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry

•            Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales 

•            Rich experience in complicated project design and implementation
