Key responsibilities 重要职责

 

  • Responsible for permit applications of all imported goods for NNRCC, including biosamples, equipment, chemicals and reagents if needed.
  • Responsible for biosample exports to Novo Nordisk (NN) global research sites.
  • Co-ordinate with NNRCC colleagues, NN GR-shipping and vendors to ensure timely sending biosample packages.
  • Working with Lab Operations Manager, to develop and update local standard operating protocols (LOPs) of above.

 

Main job tasks 主要工作任务

 

  1. Import permits applications
  • Interact with government agencies and vendors if/when necessary to apply for import permits for biosamples, equipment, chemicals and reagents.
  • Together with lab operations manager, to support Procurement-led  risk analysis prior to permits application.
  • Archiving import permits in accordance with company policy.
  1. Biosample export coordination
  • Sample information collection, permits application, customs clearance document preparation, tracking and archiving.
  • Coordinate with relevant agencies and vendors to apply for shipment.
  • Coordinate with research team and NN GR-shipping on shipping schedules.
  • Coordinate with logistics FESCO OS on weekly sample collection.

 

  1. Assist Lab Operations Manager, to develop and update relevant LOPs
  • Update LOPs for import and export of biological samples.
  • Update LOPs for import of equipment together with Procurement.

 

  1. Other duties
  • Monitoring and learning on relevant policies related to import/export.
  • Continuous improvement of permit application process, efficiency & effectiveness.
  • May represent NNRCC in communicating with external people/organizations for import and export issues.
  • Assisting LM in other administration duties when needed.
  • Perform other duties in supporting research and other activities as assigned.

 

  • To be assigned by LM with mutual agreement.
  • Make sure policy, business ethics and local compliance.

 

Education 教育背景

 

  • Bachelor degree in medicine or biology or chemistry; or other major with bio-samples import/export working experience
  • Proven experience of multi-tasking and influencing key stakeholders for implementing import and export activities (nice to have)
  • Proven experience of interacting with relevant authorities(nice to have).

 

 

Experience 经验

 

  • At least 5 years import and export or relevant research experience in chem., biotech or pharma industry.
  • Proven experience of multi-tasking and influencing key stakeholders for implementing import and export activities.
  • Proven experience of interacting with relevant authorities.
