Novo Nordisk is recruiting an IT support (End User Device and Asset management) in Novo Nordisk China to further support the growth of the company.

 
The Position

As an IT support (End User Device and Asset management), you will be responsible for man-aging and monitoring the organization's IT assets, including PC, Mobile device, and other technological resources. You will be tasked with formulating asset management strategies, recording and tracking asset information, and ensuring the effective utilization and compliance of assets. 

The overall responsibility of IT support is:

•    Manage and monitor the organization's IT asset inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses.
•    Develop and execute IT asset management strategies to ensure compliance and security of assets.
•    Responsible for recording and tracking IT assets through the entire lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.

•    Oversee the procurement process for IT assets, ensuring cost-effective and efficient ac-quisition while adhering to organizational guidelines and budgetary constraints.
•    Ensure effective utilization of IT assets, optimize resource allocation, and reduce costs.
•    Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers, managing the procurement and supply chain of IT assets.

•    Maintain IT asset registers and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and complete-ness of information.
•    Participate in IT asset-related audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to rele-vant regulations and standards.

The IT support will work closely with the global IT asset team to manage IT asset and support any requirements and project initiated by global team. 

 
Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or related.
•    Previous work experience in IT asset management or related fields.
•    Familiarity with asset management tools and technologies.

•    Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
•    Strong following up capability and collaboration mindset and skills.
•    Knowledge of best practices and policy requirements in IT End User Device and asset management.

•    Fluent spoken and written English.

Our primary responsibility is to manage and optimize the IT End User Device and Hardware Asset, providing critical support for the global EUD and HAM management within China (NN Shanghai, STJ, NN R&D, Taiwan and Hong Kong). With a focus on operational excellence, our team is committed to ensuring that the IT support service meets the global IT standards, enabling the efficient and secure operation of all IT devices and services across the organization.
