IT Solution Manager

Key responsibilities

 

  1. Is responsible for proactively and holistically leading IT solution design(including data, applications, technologies, functions of business scenarios, business rules implemented in system, user interfaces, system interfaces), work with IT PM and IT BAM to deliver agreed business outcomes through design works.
  2. Provide necessary planning, analysis, communication, review, and design works related to the development of IT solutions to better target at business outcomes and control objectives with holistic landscape and time span in mind.
  3. Conduct study, benchmarking, communication, review, and design works related to the development of technology solutions aiming at business capability and control objectives, with holistic landscape and future extension in mind.
  4. Fit and tailor technology solutions to enable the organization's future-state business capabilities and to drive the organization's business efficiency and operation excellence

 

Qualifications

 

  1. Bachelor's degree in information system, computer science, system analysis or equivalent
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT
  3. Minimum 3 years of IT solution architecture, including business analysis, data structure, application architecture, middleware/database, and infrastructure
  4. Minimum 2 years of IT operation or IT project experience
