Head of Patient Engagement

About the position
- Formulate PwO engagement strategy for obesity strategy across omini-channel as well as overall patient communication eco-system including awareness, engagement and patient care, etc.
- Initiates and leads yearly patient awareness and activation through innovative approaches in private, public sector and consumer market in collaboration with other functions (Comms, public affairs, medical, etc.)
- Orchestrates omnichannel media engagement
- Optimises investments to reduce the cost of patient acquisition via accurate patient segmentation and channel selection
- Drives awareness of Novo Nordisk in and amongst the obesity market and build relationships with key external stakeholders, KOLs, associations and external partners in collaboration with other functions
- Optimises investments to reduce the cost of patient acquisition via accurate patient segmentation and channel selection for each campaign
- Ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities, as assigned by manager
The requirements
• A minimum of 7 years’ commercial experience from FMCG/OTC/Nutrition and life sciences/RX or other highly regulated industries from in-house, or experience from communication agency/media agency
• Proven successful experience of patient/consumer awareness & campaign
• Solid experience and know how with local media and influencers
• Previous experience in conducting patient-focused project and knowledge in digital solution is an advantage.
• Takes high degree of ownership/accountability in work, driving outcomes
• Strong empathy to understand the patient and stakeholder needs
• Demonstrates creativity and innovation in developing solutions
• Able to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, in English and Chinese
• Able to overcomes challenges with persistence, logical problem-solver
