Head of National Key Account Mgmt, Obesity

 About the Position

  • Formulate private channels, private hospitals and chain hospitals’ entry and growth strategies, achieve short term sales goal and long term strategic alliance goals in the defined KA hospitals. 
  • Hire and build a national private KA mgmt team. Develop the team competency model, incentive mechanism, and capability development plan, and continuously build a competitive and industrial-leading KA team in private channels and private hospitals.
  • Design nation-wide obesity KA contract, and conduct contract mgmt and follow up on each private channels KA, chain hospitals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of sales management of the chain’ hospital/clinic outlets throughout the country. 
  • Develop strategies and goals for cooperation with private KAs and build cooperation projects to further build capabilities and competencies of obesity care in this private KA, including training and interactions of private channel stakeholders from administrators, procurement, clinicians, other adjacent healthcare staff members of private key account hospitals. 
  • Collaborate with national sales team and marketing team to ensure smooth sales operation and key account management, campaign executions, eco-system building. 

The Requirements :

  • minimum 5 years of sales/KA leadership role (preferably national scope).
  • Experience in KA sales contract design and execution, Experience in private channels, private hospitals and chain hospital management.
  • Strategic in thinking, solid in sales operation and ability to drive high growth.
  • Experience in out-of-pocket drug, injectable drug is a plus.
