Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Science, Pharmacy/Healthcare, Operations Management, or related fields.

Familiarity with structured governance, tracking, and executive reporting practices.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.

10+ years of relevant experience - corporate strategy, PMO, etc.

Extensive experience in PMO / portfolio or program management, transformation delivery, or operational excellence execution.

Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional, multi-workstream delivery with measurable outcomes.

Experience partnering with senior leadership and operating under governance mechanisms (steering committees, stage-gates, decision forums).

People leadership experience managing professionals/managers (direct or matrix) and improving delivery maturity
