Main job tasks:

 

Lead the setting of portfolio directions and strategies

  • Takes lead on developing portfolio strategy and set vision
  • Responsible for the development of brand strategy in short and long term ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded
  • Prepare annual business plan and other ad-hoc or special marketing plans of NovoMix brands
  • Monitor the local competitive environment to identify business threats and opportunities and drive the development of business strategies / plans to address them
  • Maintain good relationship with national opinion leaders and key customers, uses knowledge from external stakeholders to develop competitive portfolio and brand strategies

 

Develop and coordinate the execution of brand strategies and tactics

  • Ensure team members have aligned goals in developing and execution of marketing strategies and tactics to meet portfolio objectives
  • Manage portfolio promotion budgets to ensure effectively meet business objectives, proper allocation and used effectively across portfolio
  • Challenge and approves brand promotion materials from team members to support portfolio strategies
  • Develop good communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies

 

Leading the NovoMix brand teams to achieve company targets, provide opportunities and support to team members’ personal development

  • Motivate and develop team members ensuring that all marketing personnel receive proper training to perform up to/exceed targets
  • Uses training and development approaches to grow team members’ competency and personal development
  • Actively promotes sharing and cooperation within team and with other units, inspire and motivate team members to foster innovation and continuous improvement
