The position

  • Ensure compliance in social insurances and housing fund, provide expertise in statutory benefits and drive compliance and improvement projects.
  • Drive operation process of rewards and benefits, covering social insurances, retirement management, and disable employment fund etc.
  • Manage vendors (FESCO) to ensure deliver high quality service to employees: provide suggestion on service level agreement, ensure data accuracy, ensure timely problem solving. Support and coach FESCO onsite service staff in rewards operation processes.
  • Act as Tier 2 expert, provide guidance and support to Tier 1 (askHR) team members with expertise of C&B processes.
  • Act a process responsible for retirement and contingent worker & intern payroll process.

 

Qualifications

  • HR management related college degree, English writing and speaking fluently.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferrable to have 2+ year C&B experience.
  • knowledge and experience with data analysis and business performance reporting                
  • Experience with large organizational HR project management
  • Good Vendor management experiences
  • Excellent stakeholder mgmt. skill and strong project skill
  • Good excel skill
  • Good service mindset and communication skills
