Key responsibilities 重要职责

 

  • Lead or proactively support cross functional projects to ensure business strategy communication, feedback and execution monitoring of different BUs (GLP-1 and Biopharm) in EBD. Drive the process by strong leadership, reach alignment with different parties and ensure the delivery of final result.

 

  • Initiate innovation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of field execution.

 

  • EBD quality management coordinator, drive quality mindset.
  • Sampling management

 

  • Lead project to enhance winning culture to promote experience sharing so as to help business performance.

 

Main job tasks 主要工作任务

  1. Lead or proactively support cross functional projects to ensure business strategy communication, feedback and execution monitoring of different BUs (GLP-1 and Biopharm) in EBD.
  1. Implementation of department level business projects
  2. Lead or proactively support cross functional projects ie CME-MAPA-DBD-EBD and drive further collaboration with key internal stakeholders, build an efficient cross-functional work team for EBD business
  3. Involve in some business projects on behalf of EBD to ensure a smooth process and better performance HQ/IO project in EBD’s implementation
  4. Organize EBD HQ facilitation and action follow-up with EBD and cross function
  5. stakeholders

 

  1. Initiate innovation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of field execution.
  1. Lead development innovative tools to enhance commercial effectiveness,

including newcomer orientation, business plan and review.

  1. Participate the cross functional project to enhance data effectiveness, explore innovative way of collecting, integrating, and analyzing data.

 

  1. EBD quality management coordinator, drive quality mindset.
  1. Reception of HQ/IO’s audit to EBD and follow-up with related action plans (quality audit, PV audit, GIA audit and others).
  2. Streamline the related process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of quality management.

 

  1. Sampling management
  1. Lead the sampling management process; make sure the execution to meet both compliance and business requirements.
  2. Enhance the cooperation between EBD and other functions, eg. Brand team, CLD and field to forecast and analysis, policy communication, field sample related projects coordinator and execution.
  3. Follow up with management team and CLD regarding policy update. Ensure the awareness, understanding and execution of new policy
  4. Support the policy making by giving feedback to policy maker to reflect real business need and execution advice.
  1. Lead project to enhance winning culture to promote experience sharing so as to help business performance.

Execute Non-Financial Award initiates to sales champion in different level within

  1. EBD to cultivate winning culture
  2. Improve best reps communication, cultivate winning culture
  3. IO Best reps event coordination
  4. Explore innovative solutions to enhance best reps experience sharing to improve better performance.

 

Knowledge, skills and experience 知识、技能和经验

  1. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry and future trend, industry

benchmark, sales management practice, etc.

  1. Multi-national company working experience
  2. Process management skills

Education 教育背景

 

  1. Bachelor degree, e.g. Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
  2. Fluent English is required

Experience 经验

 

  1. >5 years big4 or consultant firm experience
  2. >2 multi-national company experience
  3. >2 years project management experience
