Event Planning Specialist

About Position 

• Partner with brand team and plan and execute marketing meeting logistics and events based on their specific needs
• Continuously optimize marketing NN and non NN meeting process and innovation conference form
• Ensure compliance requirement are met in all NN and non-NN marketing events
• Effective 3rd party communication to ensure NN’s best interest and compliance in the non-NN event cooperation
• Control marketing Non-NN meeting logistics

the requriments 

• Minimum 2-year experience in event execution
• Event knowledge preferable from different perspectives
• Experience on large event planning
