Key responsibilities

 

  • Align with business strategy, develop Digital (digital solutions facing HCP and patient) and Data & Analytical long-term technology capability roadmap and foster internal capability
  • Lead team to design, build and continuously improve Digital and Data & Analytical solutions
  • Design governance principles as well as Regulation, Security guidelines for Digital and Data & Analytical areas, and dynamically manage project portfolio
  • Lead Digital and Data team to partner with line of business, continuously leverage technology to drive business transformation

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in information system, computer science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT
  •  Minimum 5 years technical experience in Digital and Data & Analytical area
  •  Minimum 5 years of Digital and Data & Analytical operation and project experience
  •  Success experience with enterprise data & analytical platform on Azure/AWS environment
  •  Strong analytical insight with standard reporting and machine learning platforms in sales, marketing area
  •  Profound expertise with to C(consumer) interactive and MarTech (marketing technology) digital solutions, pharma industry HCP and patient related knowledge is a plus
  •  Solid expertise in business partnering, project/program management and operation management
  •  Proven success in people and vendor management
  •  Experience working with global environment
