About position

 

  1. 支持全国KA总监制定关键区域团队发展战略,开发区域团队能力模型;建设、辅导、培养有竞争力的、一流的区域关键客户团队。
  2. 协助KA策略团队制定与医院关键客户的合作战略与目标,支持全国战略合作项目执行,并搭建区域战略合作项目与平台,推动医院层面改变糖尿病
  3. 负责设定区域关键客户团队产品医院准入策略,设定年度目标,并有效进行目标分解和跟进和绩效管理,并高效达成

 

  1. 负责设定区域关键客户团队医院安全运营战略目标,进行年度目标设定和绩效跟进考核
  2. 负责与区域层面其他部门和团队合作,支持其他层面准入工作在区域的执行

负责区域关键客户、项目管理、预算及合规管理

 

The requirement

  • 10年以上医药行业工作经验,5年以上的KAMA经验和团队管理经验优先
  • 了解医院管理体系,熟悉医院准入流程和标准,掌握大区市场销售业务运作模式,善于区域或全国业务规划
  • 医药、市场营销或管理类相关专业, 本科及以上学历
