The Position

1)   Maintain digital patient solutions and platforms
•    Ensure that all aspects of the operational use of the platform runs smoothly and effectively, including platform evaluation, content generation, operational KPIs, etc.
•     Closely collaborate with stakeholders to have full alignment on strategy and tactics

2)   Support the platforms Optimize, upgrade and extend
•    Continuously support the platforms identify opportunities for improvement or optimization, in terms of design, functionality, content, etc. 
•    Support manage upgrades, incl. establishing partnerships and managing vendors where required, to ensure project is delivered successfully 
3)   Ensure strong implementation and execution of all assigned projects
•    Ensure clear milestones on all projects
•    Ensure to deliver on milestones and define new targets for projects



•    Bachelor degree or above 
•    Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese 
•    3-5 years of work experience
•    Experience developing, growing and managing digital channels and products
•    Demonstrated knowledge of patient needs 
•    Good communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Project management 
•    Curiosity and innovative thinking
•    Comfortable with data and has ability to draw insights from the data 
•    Ability to work independently

The Digital Health Hub aims to deliver innovative digital solutions that enable doctors and empower patients to achieve their desired outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and President of Region China, the DH Hub is responsible for digital strategy, partnerships and digital solutions to support the business in China – Novo Nordisk’s second biggest single market globally.
