Digital Health and Technology Portfolio Manager

• Develop long-term planning for the digital and technology investment portfolio based on the company's overall strategy
• Be responsible for screening and evaluating new project proposals based on business needs, technological innovation, cost-effectiveness, and other factors.
• Allocate financial, human, and technical resources efficiently across projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Establish effective monitoring mechanisms to track project and address potential issues to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Set and track KPIs, regularly reporting to senior management on the health of the project portfolio, return on investment, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate closely with cross functions and key stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Encourage and support technological innovation and drive the adoption and implementation of new technologies within the company.
