Key responsibilities

  • Lead advanced analytics and (Gen)AI initiatives, with a strong focus on the commercial side. Drive end-to-end projects, from ideation to deployment, to optimize user engagement, commercial growth, and market insights.
  • Explore advanced analytics and (Gen)AI opportunities in multiple potential business areas, including but not limited to customer engagement, content generation, knowledge base, predictive analytics and decision making.
  • Generate deep insights and analytical advisory services to line of business through collaborating with stakeholders, defining business requirements and standards, conducting data mining and analytics.
  • Translate data into tangible business insights by collecting, analyzing and interpreting large data sets. Translate business insights into technical roadmaps and result-driven pilots. Then communicate outcomes to business teams and participate in product development.
  • Develop and verify data models and algorithms to improve both internal and external customer experience and accelerate commercial growth.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to promote data-driven culture company-wide.

 

Qualifications

 

  • At least 3~ 5 years working experience in data science, computer science, or related field.
  • At least 2 years working experience in leading GenAI/ML projects, healthcare/pharma experience is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with HCP data, patient analytics, or clinical test is a plus.
  • Proven ability to align analytics with commercial goals, e.g., sales growth, market share.
  • Ability to reconcile technical and business perspectives, experience in experimentation frameworks and understanding how to measure end user impacting metrics
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where passion for customer engagement and great experience are at the forefront of all design & development.
  • Experience in MNC pharmaceutical company, especially with working with pharma commercial data is highly preferred.
  • Master’s degree or above equivalent in computer science, mathematics or statistics, operations research, econometrics etc.
