Compliance Manager

The position
• Be the risk owner to maintain the monitoring mechanism of key compliance activities, e.g. speaker sessions, sponsorship and donation, HCP interaction, emerging activities and vendor management etc.
• Identify all the key risks, based on industry trend, global and local regulation and trend, monitoring finding etc.
• Design and land effective and efficiency monitoring mechanism to ensure all the key risks are properly addressed.
• Closely work with business, to communicate the risk and findings, identify root cause behind, and land proper mitigation actions.
• Closely work with external resources, to land the monitoring work design in a high quality and efficiency way.
• Closely work with global team, to communicate the requirements and findings identified by them and present local mechanism and practice to them.
• Draft periodical report, to management team and project/activity owner, to summarize the findings in a logical and organized way.
• Drive policy and process change, to better mitigate the monitoring risk at preventive level.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of finance/accounting/administrative etc. or above;
• Certificate Requirements:
-Passed CICPA (注册会计师(Certified public Accountant)) /ACCA (国际注册会计师) / USCPA (美国注册会计师) / CIA (国际注册内部审计师(Certified Internal Auditor)) or equivalent qualification; or,
-Plan to pass one of the examinations within 2 years;
• More than 5-year work experiences with hands-on auditing and monitoring background, the priorities are as follows:
-Big 4 CPA firms' background+ Pharmaceutical background (project or in-house experience)
-Big 4 CPA firms' background
-Big 4 CPA firms' background + Compliance background in other industries
-Compliance background in other industries
• Substantial/solid knowledge of compliance related code of conduct;
• Substantial/solid experience in the field monitoring of compliance & investigation.
• Risk assessment ability including identify BE compliance risks and control deficiency.
• Monitoring ability including performing underlying review with good risk sense
• Project management skill to lead peers and cross-functions to drive process change or innovations.
• Strong communication skill, for trainings on findings and align mitigation actions.
• Good documentation skill, including PPT, word and excel.
