Compliance Manager

Key responsibilities 重要职责

  • Be the risk owner to well maintain and ensure effective implementation of the monitoring mechanism of key compliance activities, e.g. HCP engagement, HCP interaction etc. Strong risk management and data analysis skill, to identify risk and issues sharply.
  • Lead control design/implementation of key compliance activities, e.g. HCP engagement, HCP interaction etc.
  • Lead effective communication and reporting process. e.g. to management team, to different department management team, to each frontline manager etc. To leverage digital platform to easily guide business make decision and take action.
  • Be a strategic project manager, to leading (or joining) cross-function project team, drive for effective controls design and landing for key risk activities; leverage and synergy existing resources of cross function, e.g. procurement, finance. etc.
  • Effective compliance vendor management, budget control, quality control, increasing monitoring efficiency with control saving.
  • Improve work efficiency, e.g. digitalization, more productive way of work, cost saving etc

 

Education 教育背景

  • Bachelor of finance/accounting/administrative etc. or above;
  • Certificate preferred: Passed CICPA(注册会计师(Certified public Accountant))/ACCA(国际注册会计师)/US CPA(美国注册会计师)/CIA(国际注册内部审计师(Certified Internal Auditor)) or equivalent qualification;
  • More than 7-year work experiences with hands-on auditing, monitoring or investigation background, the priorities are as follows:

•      Pharmaceutical background + big 4 CPA firms background

•      Big 4 CPA firms background

•      Big 4 CPA firms background + Compliance background in other industries

•      Compliance background in other industries

  • Substantial/solid knowledge of compliance related code of conduct;
  • Substantial/solid experience in the field monitoring of compliance & investigation.

•      Risk assessment ability including identify BE compliance risks and control deficiency.

•      Monitoring ability including performing underlying review with good risk sense

•      Project management skill to lead peers and cross-functions to drive process change or innovations.

•      Strong communication skill, for trainings on findings and align mitigation actions.

•      Good documentation skill, including PPT, word and excel.
