Compliance Investigation, Associate Director/Head

The position

1.    Maintain local investigation mechanism, to ensure which is in line with global investigation guideline and industry common practice. 
2.    Overall lead compliance case investigation process, from planning, conducting detail document review and interview, drawing conclusion, sanction proposal and to facilitate sanction delivery process.  
3.    Well communicate with key stakeholders, to ensure key stakeholder fully understand the evidence, risk behind, and able to make assessment and conclusion. Timely involving global investigator. Closely monitoring the local market trend. 

4.    Being Investigation Review Committee (“IRC”) secretary, to well plan and organize IRC meeting, well prepare material, and lead efficient discussion; lead to follow up the actions left from IRC. 
5.    Other ad. hoc compliance assignments. 
 

Qualifications

•    At least Bachelor degree of finance, law or relevant areas;
•    Passed relevant certification, e.g. investigation, legal or finance related;
•    Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience as risk management, and min 6+ years in investigation;

•    Minimum 3 years working in inhouse pharma company as investigator;
•    Highly independent investigation skills are needed;
•    Project management skill to lead complex investigation is needed;

•    Strong communication skill to bring impact and make alignment with senior management;
•    Fluent English in writing and verbally.
