Business Analysis Manager

Key responsibilities 

l  Drive end-to-end project execution with strong ownership, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs, to support CA business

l  Develop, integrate, and maintain comprehensive business analysis based on internal and external market and sales data, enabling effective performance tracking and issue identification.

l  Engage proactively with cross-functional stakeholders to understand unmet business needs, and lead ad hoc project teams to deliver data-driven solutions with clear KPI tracking mechanisms.

l  Develop and refine robust forecasting models to support business planning, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.

l  Communicate insights and recommendations effectively with sales and marketing teams to enable data-driven decision-making.

l  Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

 

 

Qualifications

l  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales analysis, with strong expertise in data management and forecasting.

l  Must have excellent communication skills

l  Must be energetic, intelligent, reliable, analytical, and friendly.

l  A Master’s degree is preferred, ideally in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

l  Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or sales analysis , especially expertise in data management

l  Must have good oral and written English skills

l  Must have excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
